OUR STANDARD
Our standard brings guest care, vehicle safety, and operational integrity into everyday actions. These principles guide the training we build and the habits we encourage.
Our commitment
A — Accountability
Take responsibility for your actions.
S — Safety
Protect people before moving vehicles.
C — Courtesy
Treat every guest with respect.
E — Empathy
Recognize each guest’s individual needs.
N — Neatness
Maintain a professional appearance and orderly workspace.
D — Discretion
Protect guest privacy and information.
Offer clear, courteous service. Listen before assuming, ask before assisting, and provide the same care whether or not a gratuity is offered.
Recognize hazards, maintain awareness, and stop when conditions or unfamiliar controls make a task uncertain. Request qualified assistance before continuing.
Record vehicle condition objectively, keep keys under controlled custody, and verify the vehicle and release authorization through the approved process.
Protect guest information and personal property. Do not discuss visits, read private contents, or share observations outside an authorized operational need.
Report incidents, near misses, errors, and discrepancies promptly and honestly. Record what you observed and did, without guesses, concealment, or unauthorized promises.
Communicate clearly, confirm instructions, and complete a controlled shift handoff. Raise unresolved issues so the next person can act safely.
Review difficult situations, accept coaching, and demonstrate skills in supervised practice. Work within your training and authority.
Knowledge checks support learning. Readiness for independent work also requires applicable qualifications, local orientation, observed performance, and employer authorization.
These are Valet Ascend’s educational principles. Follow the approved procedures and escalation process for your property.
